Highly Durable Metal Panels in Sarnia
Sarnia Steel offers highly durable and lightweight metal panels in Sarnia. We deal with D-Rib, C-Rib and R-Rib metal panels that can increase the value and enhance the curb appeal of any structure.
D-Rib Panels
D-Rib metal panels are made of 29-gauge high-tensile steel (to ASTM A792 Grade E, 80,000 minimum yield - 82,000 minimum tensile specifications). These metal panels are tough, easy-to-install and weather tight. Additionally, they feature minimal expansion/contraction properties and are dent-resistant. They offer long-lasting protection to all types of structures.
Initially, each D-Rib panel is coated with galvalume, a patented aluminum-zinc alloy coating for extra protection. The panels are then bonderized, and an epoxy primer is applied. A final coat of ceramic-pigmented silicone polyester is applied to add strength, hardness and durability against various natural elements such as sun, wind, rain, heat and cold. It is also resistant to mildew, and there is no blistering, peeling or flaking either!
R-Rib Panels
R-Rib metal panels offer long-lasting protection and are constructed of 29-gauge high-tensile steel (to ASTM A792 Grade E, 80,000 minimum yield - 82,000 minimum tensile specifications). These ribbed panels are easy to install, strong, and weather tight. They are also dent-resistant and have minimal expansion/contraction properties.

C-Rib Panels
C-Rib metal panels are constructed of 26-gauge high-tensile steel (to ASTM A792 Grade E, 80,000 minimum yield - 82,000 minimum tensile specifications). These ribbed panels are easy to install, strong, and weather tight. They are also dent-resistant and have minimal expansion/contraction properties.
